Entries via the website paid by credit card are payable in South African Rands due to the fact the Registration Company is SA based. The prevailing amount is quoted in ZAR on the payment portal and includes bank charges.

The 2026 Kilimanjaro Full Marathon is an official Comrades Qualifier event.

It was amazing to see the runners and spectators on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro which unexpectedly had gathered plenty of snow to entertain the visitors. Even Mawenzi peak and Mount Meru had their summits covered with the snow.
