Come and run under the watchful eye of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. We have three different races – a 42.2km, 21.km and 5km – starting from the vibrant town of Moshi, the route travels along pretty roads, into villages and through farmlands, with Kilimanjaro looming over the proceedings. The altitude gain is not great, and the roads are lined with well-wishers. Water points are provided at regular intervals and the race is registered with both AIMS and IAAF and can be used as a qualifier for ultra marathons.

Of course a trip to Tanzania would not be complete without visiting one of the icons : Serengeti & Ngorongoro, the wildebeest migration is in the southern Serengeti at this time of year, and we have some great safari options for you to choose from. If time is a little short, we can design a fly-in safari to one of our camps for a few nights. Or how about a walking safari INSIDE the Serengeti/Ngorongoro conservation areas? Or, climb Kilimanjaro – a 6 day hike through beautiful landscapes. Zanzibar also beckons those weary legs… relax on the beach after your marathon and lap up some sun!
