THE 12th edition of the annual Kilimanjaro Marathon was launched with a bang in Dar es Salaam yesterday with a 25 per cent increase of prize money for full marathon, which goes up from 15m/- to 20m/-.
There’s no doubt it will be a great day you’ll remember probably for the rest of your life. And for many people, the incredible sense of physical achievement can be multiplied many times over by knowing that the experience has also raised desperately needed funds to help people in need.
